  • A dynamic class of yoga asanas and pranayama to warm the body from within.
    Talk on which foods are best to eat to create energy and warmth without weight gain and how to boost the immune system and balance hormones and moods.
  • A delicious vegetarian lunch with seasonal, organic ingredients.
  • Yin/Restorative Class to Nourish and Restore
  • Chai and Healthy Sweet Treat
